I did get my refund in the end, but I had to follow up with them a few times before it finally came through. It wasn’t nothing terrible, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked

My first impression after trying to cancel my order was that the response time felt a bit slower than I expected. They did end up handling the cancellation, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I would’ve appreciated clearer updates a little sooner. Not terrible, just room to be quicker

I reached out to support about an issue I was having, and in my case, they got back to me quickly. The problem was fixed without much back and forth, so overall it was a good experience.

I got my Annie Cloth order and everything was just what I picked out!!! The sizes, colors, and items were all correct, which was such a relief!! No weird mix-ups or missing stuff, so I was happy about that!!! It was a simple order, but they got it right!!

The return process was sort of slow, honestly. I had to email them a couple times before things really moved along, but they did get back to me and the refund showed up eventually. Not amazing or anything, but not the worst experience either.

Just sharing my experience so far: it seems legit to me and I had a generally trustworthy impression overall. That said, as with anything online, I’d still tell people to double-check everything for themselves before jumping in...

I actually had a nice time using Annie Cloth. The pages loaded fine for me, and I didn’t feel lost trying to check sizes, colors, or prices, which is always a relief, you know? The search worked well too, and checkout was quick enough that I wasn’t sitting there getting annoyed. I’d give it 5 stars because it was simple and easy to use, that’s kind of what you want from a shopping site, right?

I’ve found some really cute tops and dresses on anniecloth, and a lot of the designs feel more unique than what I usually see in local stores. The only thing is the sizing can be a bit tricky, so I’d definitely recommend checking measurements before ordering. Overall though, I still like shopping there because the styles are and fun, and I’ve gotten some pieces I really enjoy wearing.

I’ve seen a few things on Annie Cloth that I actually like, but the shipping experience really put me off. My order took way longer than the estimate, and the tracking barely moved, so I was just sitting there checking it over and over with no real idea where anything was. The usual polished “your order is on its way” type messages didn’t help much when nothing was actually updating. Everything did show up eventually, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a specific date

I was surprised by how small this ran. I ordered my usual size, but it felt way too tight, like not even close?! Definitely size up if you’re thinking about getting it

It showed up later than I was hoping, which was little annoying. But at least the package did arrive in one piece, so I can’t complain too much

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was really odd. The sleeves were tight while the body was super boxy and oversized, so it didn’t look much like the photos on me. The material seemed decent, I guess, but the cut just didn’t work at all.
